DEPARTMENT OF LAND UTILIZATION: 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Personnel Conference Room, City Hall Annex. Hearing to consider an application by VIP Car Rentals (Ash Matar) for a zoning variance to allow a car rental office that occupies tenant space on a floor used for multifamily dwellings, and to allow an open parking lot that encroaches into front and side yards and which lacks required landscaping and a solid fence.
