Weber's Summit 625 gas barbeque grill.
You pride yourself as the ultimate griller but you're lacking the ultimate grill. Fired up over new Weber Grills
Well, dig into the family trust because Weber, known for high-end quality barbeques, has recreated itself with the recent introduction of two new lines to supplement their Genesis and Spirit series.
The Platinum Series II, the Summit Series Gas Barbecue Grills are more durable, convenient larger -- and more expensive -- than ever. The new grills include cart-style models with wheels, permanently installed models and even models designed for custom installation. And both models have components constructed of commercial-grade stainless steel
The Summit comes in eight models in two styles: a traditionally styled covered grill and an open broiler without a hood. They have heavy-duty, stainless steel cooking grates, four and six gas cooking modules, heavy-duty stainless steel "Flavorizer" Bars and a limited 25-year warranty. Some come with built-in stainless steel Steam-N-Chips smoker.
The Australian style open-broiler grills are the first by Weber and sear food at a high temperature over an uncovered "barbie." These grills are designed with greater BTU inputs that allows the cooking surface to heat to a broiling temperature in minutes and maintains the temperature while you're cooking.
Summit grills are priced from $1,400 to $3,000.
The Platinum Series is an upgrade from Weber's popular Genesis line and includes three models of grills. The Platinum includes standard Weber features plus stainless steel Flavorizer Bars, the Steam-N-Chips smoker, and extra large porcelain-enameled work surfaces with stainless steel towel bars. Models range in price from $1,100 to $1,500.
