Shokichi Agena, 77, of Eleele, Kauai, a retired McBryde Sugar Co. truck driver, died Monday in Wilcox Hospital. Born in Wahiawa, Kauai, he is survived by wife Shizue; daughters Lynette Warren, Gladys De Marco and Arlene Okafuji; sisters Tsuruko Higa, Matsue Arakaki, Kameko Kaneshiro and Harriet Yap; brothers Teruji and Kiyoshi; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Milagros C. “Mila” Bareng, 68, of Honolulu, a retired Tripler Medical Center registered nurse, died Saturday in Kaiser Hospital. Bareng, a former second lieutenant for the Philippine Army Nurse Corps, was born in Manila. She is survived by husband Orlino; son Gerald; daughter Angela B. Prater; sisters Letty Zieren, Vangie Pinon, Terry Stadler and Cora Townsand; and two grandchildren. Service: 7 p.m. Monday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Sueko M. Brown, 62, native of Maui, died Tuesday in San Antonio, Texas. She is survived by daughters Debra Cole, Sharie Knudson, Christine Fenn and Kim York; sons Donald, Clyde and Preston; mother Hatsumi M. Francis J. Dunlap, 69, of Mililani, a retired federal government, Department of Public Works, chemical treatment plant operator, died Tuesday in Queen’s Hospital. Born in Honolulu, he is survived by sons Daniel J. and Roy A.; daughters Laura F. Perreira and Constance M. Suiso; mother Mary Furtado; brother Robert; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Helen H.K. “Helena” Ellis, 76, of Papakolea, Hawaii, a retired Uni-Tours tour conductor, died Tuesday in Kuakini Hospital. William Ferreira Jr., 85, of Waianae, a retired dairyman, died last Friday in Maluhia Hospital. Kenneth O.P. Ho, 52, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel cook, died Feb. 6 in the North Hawaii Medical Center. Ho, a decorated Army veteran, served in the Vietnam War. Born in Philadelphia, he is survived by wife Sandra; sons Chris and Jonathan; daughter Jennifer Miller; stepson Charles Yoshida; mother Adele; brothers Larry and Carl; and sisters Barbara Tom and Judith Fowler. Katsuto “Dick” Kajiura, 81, of Honolulu, a retired tire recapper, died Monday in Castle Hospital. Born in Honolulu, he is survived by daughters Patsy N. Nakamura and Dillie J. Julia G. Kealoha, 49, of Pearl City, a self-employed seamstress, died Wednesday. John A. Robello, 74, of Sprecklesville, Maui, a master plumber, died Sunday. Robello, a U.S. Army veteran, served during World War II.
