Fadrowsky returns to Gentry Pacific

A. Joseph Fadrowsky III has returned to the Gentry companies to take responsibility for Gentry's commercial and industrial land holdings in Ewa and Central Oahu and also manage real estate developments in California and Guam.

"We've got a neighborhood commercial center coming on stream in a year or two at Ewa by Gentry, and a larger commercial area in three to five years," he said.

He previously was president of Landplus Hawaii Inc. and developed commercial and residential projects on Oahu and Maui.

From 1983 to 1988, Fadrowsky coordinated the land acquisition terms for the Ewa by Gentry and Waiawa properties and handled other transactions for Gentry both in Hawaii and on the mainland.

He is a business administration and law graduate of the University of Hawaii.

Gentry Pacific Ltd. focuses on asset development and management and is the general partner of Gentry Investment Properties, Gentry Properties in Hawaii, and Gentry Investments in California. Gentry Homes is a separate entity and not under the umbrella of Gentry Pacific Ltd.
