‘Disclosure’ vintages poured

A Vintners in Paradise event makes full "Disclosure" on Pahlmeyer chardonnay that made a splash in the 1994 film of the same name with Michael Douglas and Demi Moore.

On Tuesday, Pahlmeyer stars with more than 100 wines at a tasting from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Hilton Hawaiian Village's Tapa Ballroom.

Also showcased are samplings of signature Hilton cuisine. Dishes include crab-shiitake potstickers with lemon-grass bisque, from Bali by the Sea Restaurant; General Tsao's Chicken and Szechuan Eggplant, from the Golden Dragon Restaurant; and bow-tie pasta with sun-dried tomato, pesto and pinenuts, from the Pasta Festival.

Tickets are $55 ($30 tax deductible), with proceeds benefiting the American Diabetes Association. Wines also will be available for holiday gift purchase, with 10 percent of sales going to ADA. Call 924-7755.
