Todani has more than 15 years of experience working with lenders and investors in Hawaii, Japan, Guam, Korea and Thailand. She joined KPMG in 1979.

Todani is the treasurer and executive committee member of the American Resort Development Association-Hawaii chapter. She is a former director of the Hawaii Community Development Authority and also served on Waikiki revitalization committees. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration at the University of Hawaii.
