According to Joe

Is God a scapegoat?
If the presidency McCain does earn
I'll pray to God, he'll live out his term.
Because Palin, in making her decisions,
May be guided by messianic visions.
Bush claims God told him to attack Iraq.
Now Palin is taking that same tack.
Iraq "is a task from God," she claims.
If ill-advised, will it be God she blames?
Daily headlines inspire the poet in Joe Gedan, a retired U.S. magistrate judge who lives in Honolulu. His observations on the news appear on Sundays and Fridays.
