HPD GOES HYBRID

The Honolulu Police Department has added six Toyota Camry hybrid vehicles to its fleet. The fuel-efficient vehicles, which the department showed off yesterday near HPD headquarters on South Beretania Street, should be on the road by next week.

KGMB-9 news anchorwoman Stacy Loe was dunked by her 5-year-old son, Cole, being held by Malika Dudley. Loe was a good sport about it, flashing the photographer a big smile while underwater - a difficult task, perhaps, because a police officer put some ice in the water.
