An unidentified drop-knee bodyboarder ducked under the lip of a wave on Tuesday at a surf spot called "Over Rocks" off Magic Island. Surf along southerly shores of Oahu produced by the moderate south swell that arrived Monday was expected to diminish.

A feral cat kept a low profile yesterday as a dog walked past at Kakaako Waterfront Park. The animals carried on without incident.
