Faith bracelets attract a crowd
In May, we wrote about swimwear designer Marylea Conrad, who started wearing a simple wooden bracelet as a symbol of her faith. Many who saw the bracelet started to ask where to find it, and Conrad began selling them person-to-person.
Since then, the bracelets have found a home at The Place at Ward Warehouse, in a new location next to Le Lotus Bleu. The bracelets are $7.50 to $12.50 each or $24.99 for a set of three. Keep them all or share the faith with loved ones.

The Valerie Joseph Boutique will open its doors at Ala Moana Center tomorrow, from 9:30 a.m.
To consolidate operations, the boutique's McCully and Ward locations were closed earlier this month.
Now housed on the mall's lower level, next to Barnes & Noble, Valerie Joseph will continue to offer apparel, accessories and Body & Soul cosmetics, while focusing on exceptional service. Clients are welcome to schedule personalized makeovers for any occasion. Complimentary pampering, makeup, and refreshments are also included at all appointments. Body and color type analysis as well as makeup application and consultation by the VJ team will continue to define the full service boutique.
