Manager Gary Gittelsohn was informed late last week by the International Boxing Federation that Viloria is the mandatory challenger for the IBF junior flyweight title held by Ulises Solis.
The two will meet for Solis' belt in either late September or October pending an agreement between the two camps.
Solis (27-1-2, 20 KOs) has held the title for more than two years. His only loss came in 2004.
Viloria (22-2, 13 KOs) has won all three of his fights this year, including a third-round knockout victory over Fred Heberto Valdez in May.
