A “Chat Up” item on Page A2 in yesterday’s morning edition incorrectly attributed the quote to Saint Francis Principal Sister Joan of Arc Souza. » An op-ed column in Sunday’s Star-Bulletin said the Legislature had passed a moratorium on the genetic modification of Hawaiian taro. The moratorium measure, Senate Bill 958, was not passed, but sent back to the Committee on Agriculture.
