Hula Kai presents Sea Rockets, a thrilling new way to navigate the Kona sea.

Sea Rockets are underwater propulsion vehicles designed for the advanced snorkeler who seeks an easier mode of free-diving to get a closer look at marine life. Sea Rockets enable guests aboard Hula Kai the opportunity to cover vast underwater areas in a short time, seeing more extensive underwater topography along with Hawaii's unique marine creatures including moray eels, octopus, triggerfish, yellow tang and eagle rays.

All tours are guided and instruction is included with every tour. Minimum age is 18, and the cost is $50 per half-hour. Daily sign-ups are available at check-in and on Hula Kai.

Hula Kai, a sleek, 55-foot Technicraft power catamaran, features luxury and comfort while traveling at high speeds and minimizing wake and fuel consumption. Guests have access to freshwater showers, gourmet meals, snorkel and new Scuba Pro gear for use during the excursion.
