A Chihuahua Poodle dog named "Babe" sat next to her ball at the new Hawaii Kai Dog Park located on Keahole Street near Kalanianole Highway. Babe was born with no front legs but gets around fine, says her owner, Warren Hoopii. The new park opened yesterday and features two enclosures, one for large dogs and one for small dogs, water fountains for people and their pets along with benches, trees and lots of grass for running.
