OHA seeking federal grant

The Office of Hawaiian Affairs is applying for a federal grant to help in the creation of a Hawaii Procurement Technical Assistance Center.
OHA says the center would help small businesses, especially those owned by native Hawaiians, improve their chances of getting federal contracts. OHA's board of trustees has authorized Administrator Clyde Namuo to submit a grant application to the Defense Logistics Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense.
