A California company has acquired the local franchise for Coverall Cleaning Concepts in Hawaii.
Melton Franchise Systems Inc., dba Coverall Mountain & Pacific, now owns the Coverall master franchise for the Aloha state.
Mark Melton, president of Coverall Mountain & Pacific, said Coverall in Hawaii has "a very strong group of franchise owners and an outstanding support staff. The team in Hawaii routinely wins national awards for best customer retention and providing customers with extra services."
The Honolulu Support Center, first opened in 1999, provides training, sales, technical and customer service support to 60 franchise owners who serve the janitorial needs of more than 230 customers in Hawaii.
Coverall Mountain & Pacific operates in four major California markets, Utah, New Mexico, Idaho and northern Nevada.
In addition, Coverall operates support centers in Los Angeles County, the San Francisco Bay Area, Fresno/Bakersfield, the central coast of California and now Hawaii. The company plans to open more support centers in Utah, New Mexico, Idaho and Nevada in the near future.
Coverall franchisees provide cleaning services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - from routine cleaning to specialized services such as hard floor care, carpet cleaning, window and blind cleaning, restroom sanitation and ceiling and wall cleaning.
