Palolo Elementary School students shoveled mulch yesterday onto a tree that was planted at Palolo Valley District Park, one of 29 planted there yesterday. The event was part of the Arbor Day Foundation's national "Trees for Success" tree-planting program that engages students and community partners at 16 schools across the country.
