Eiko Seita served Caitlyn Kondo of Kalani High School on Wednesday during a tea ceremony demonstration at Hawaii Tokai International College. It was part of the Japan-America Society of Hawaii's Spring 2008 Japan Day, which provides students with hands-on experience in traditional Japanese arts and culture and reinforces and complements the teachers' classroom lessons. Students from Christian Liberty Academy and St. Joseph High School on the Big Island and Kalani and Lutheran high schools on Oahu took part.
