Westin Kaanapali to open Spa Helani
Starwood Vacation Ownership is preparing to open its first full-service spa in Hawaii for those looking for pampering and relaxation.
Spa Helani at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas (North) is scheduled to open its 10,000-square-foot facility in May.
Spa Helani will feature 13 treatment rooms including a couples massage suite, hydrotherapy rooms, sauna, steam rooms and two courtyard massage cabanas.
The two-level Spa Helani will offer services including massages, body treatments, facials, manicures and pedicures incorporating Hawaiian elements.
A new WestinWORKOUT facility will also open with the spa to allow guests to work out at their leisure.

Credit helps guests enjoy more of isle
The Fairmont Orchid, on the Big Island's Kohala Coast, is enticing travelers with a $200 credit combined with a sixth night free for travel between tomorrow and Dec. 20, good toward all rooms and suites.
The credit can be applied on options such as spa and salon services and treatments, dining, cultural adventures, golf and ocean activities.
A minimum of a three-night stay is required to receive $200 credit, and a minimum six-night stay is required for the sixth-night-free component. The credit applies to any charge that may be signed to a guest's room; however, it has no cash value if not consumed and is nonrefundable.
The promotion is valid only on new reservations. Rates start from $399 per night and may be combined with all packages such as the Bed & Breakfast, Family (guaranteed connecting rooms if desired), Spa, Golf Package and more, with the exception of group rates or other discounted rates.
