The High Chiefs of the Royal Order of Kamehameha I were in good spirits yesterday after presenting the Honolulu Police Department with an ahaula, or Hawaiian cape. The velvet and satin cape was designed and made by Therese Otenbriet. The high chiefs present were Alii Ace Kaleohano, left, Alii Aimoku o Kahekili Bill Roback, Alii Aimoku O Hawaii I Bill Souza, Kalaimoku Alii Milton Anderson and Grand Master and Alii Nui Clifford Hashimoto. In the background were Alii Noeau Loa Alii Roland Ahuna and at right, Police Chief Boisse Correa.

The 963-foot ocean liner Queen Elizabeth 2 docked yesterday at Pier 2B in Honolulu Harbor. The ship was scheduled to depart at 5 a.m. this morning.
