According to Joe

Dear Governor Lingle ......
The teachers union was not at its best
Agreeing to a random drug screening test.
Their union was asleep at the wheel
Accepting the humiliating drug test deal.
Drug testing is reserved for those most at risk
Not school teachers, as the state insists.
Judge them with others and executive staff.
Why are teachers considered riffraff?
For all state employees, we can have a clause
We'll test you for drugs if there's probable cause.
Dear Governor Lingle, on drugs you're not soft
But for our teachers' sake, consider backing off.
