The Rainbow Warriors were not selected for the 14-game O'Reilly/ESPNU BracketBusters package to be televised on various ESPN outlets Feb. 22-24 and were paired with UC Riverside of the Big West for a nonconference road game on Feb. 23.
"Our record didn't warrant (a TV) game," UH coach Bob Nash said. "But we've got national TV this Saturday, so we'll see what we do there."
The Rainbows (10-11, 6-3 WAC) will make their lone national television appearance of the regular season in Saturday's WAC game at Nevada (13-8, 5-3). The game is set for 1 p.m. Hawaii time and will be shown on ESPN2.
They enter the game riding a three-game winning streak that propelled them into a tie for third place in the WAC, a half-game ahead of the Wolf Pack.
