Unleash inner diva sat catwalk showdown
If it's always been your dream to be a fashion queen, tomorrow's your chance at "The Runway," from 6 to 10 p.m. at Next Door, 43 N. Hotel St.
The event will feature a Fashion Battle, in which anyone can walk the runway, supermodel-style, for appraisal by judges and the audience.
Dance groups Shakti Dance Movement and Giinko Marischino will perform, along with Universal Showqueen Maddlyn Ashton and Coco Van Cartier, a female impersonator from Las Vegas.
Tickets are $10 advance; $15 at the door. Call 225-8684. Proceeds will benefit Cocoa Chandelier's quest to win the Universal Showqueen pageant for female impersonators, to be held in Honolulu in June.
