The University of Hawaii-Manoa Army ROTC program hosted a welcome-back barbecue yesterday in conjunction with the U.S. Army and Army National Guard. UH freshman Rachel Nigbor, above, pushed off a rock-climbing wall as she descended after climbing to the top.
