Get a Diorshow makeover
Diorshow Celebrity National Artist Thuy Pham will be at Macy's Kahala Mall from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday to show new Dior products and show women how to create a red-carpet look for themselves.
Demonstrations will take place at the beauty pods between Macy's and PacSun.
Pham, who has worked with Naomi Watts, Gwyneth Paltrow, Drew Barrymore and Liv Tyler, believes "makeup doesn't have to be tricky or time-consuming." Enhancement often comes down to color and texture choices.
The event is free. To make an appointment, please contact Kaleena or Janalyn with Dior at 737-5429, ext. 2368.

Bono's Hard Rock T-shirt encourages green initiatives
A new limited-edition T-shirt designed by Bono for Hard Rock's Signature Series is now available at Hard Rock locations worldwide, including Honolulu.
Proceeds from sales of the T-shirts, priced at $28 for women and $26 for men, will benefit the Wildlife Conservation Society's Conservation Cotton Initiative. The organization helps lift African farmers out of poverty by providing education on proper land management, organic cotton-growing techniques and wildlife conservation.
Hard Rock's Bono Signature Series is also produced by edun LIVE, the ethical T-shirt company created by the U2 front man and his wife, Ali Hewson. The T-shirts are made of 100 percent African cotton, in black for men and white for women.
The image of a fish soaring through moon and stars is accompanied by the words "fish can fly ..."
