Party celebrates Don Ho bio

Haumea Hebenstreit Ho, Don Ho's widow, will sign copies of Jerry Hopkins' book "Don Ho: My Music, My Life" at a reception at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Don Ho's Island Grill in the Aloha Tower Marketplace.

KGMB will preview the special "Don Ho Remembered," which airs Jan. 22.

Free concert honors King

The Royal Hawaiian Band, featuring baritone Jerry B. Wilson, performs a free concert as a birthday tribute to Martin Luther King at 7 p.m. tomorrow at Kahala Mall.
