Post offices closing at 2 p.m.
Most post offices in Hawaii will close at 2 p.m. on Monday, and three small postal facilities will not be open, according to the U.S. Postal Service.
Regular mail delivery will be unaffected by the changes.
The Hickam Post Office and two small postal facilities serving Pearl Harbor Naval Air Station will be closed Monday, at the request of their base commanders.
All post offices will be closed on New Year's Day. Express Mail will be delivered in major cities on Tuesday, and regular mail delivery will resume Wednesday.
Holiday hours will be posted at each post office.
