Daniel Yee, 3, smiled for his mother, Kenlyn, yesterday as she took a photo by Mr. and Mrs. Claus outside Honolulu Hale. The city is preparing for its 23rd Annual Honolulu City Lights celebration, which kicks off tomorrow with a 6 p.m. tree-lighting ceremony, followed by an electric light parade. The event showcases holiday displays, a Christmas tree exhibit, a wreath contest, visits with Santa, live entertainment and keiki rides.
