» Safeway and Times supermarkets are accepting cash donations for the Hawaii Foodbank. A Page A5 article Tuesday incorrectly said they are accepting canned food donations. The Web edition has been corrected.
» Cliff Cisco, senior vice president for Hawaii Medical Service Association, said that a rating downgrade to "A" from "A+" by Standard & Poor's Rating Services was "not unexpected." A Page C1 summary in yesterday morning's edition erroneously said the rating downgrade was not expected. The Web edition has been corrected.
» Pacific Beach Hotel owner HTH Corp. did not tell hotel employees that their jobs would end with the Nov. 30 management change at the hotel, as incorrectly indicated on Page B2 Friday. They were told by PBH Management LLC, after its management contract was terminated by HTH Corp.
