» Joan Conrow is a former Kauai correspondent for the Honolulu Advertiser. The "Honolulu Lite" column on Page D1 Tuesday stated that she still held that position.
The Web edition has been corrected.
» The period in which visitor expenditures from North America have increased 36 percent and arrivals from the meetings, convention and incentive market have grown 33 percent is actually 2002 to 2006, not year to date as stated in a Page C1 article yesterday. The Web edition has been corrected.
» Hawaii's only AAA 5-Diamond Award-winning restaurant for 2008 is La Mer at the Halekulani hotel, not the Halekulani itself as indicated in a Page C3 story Saturday. Also, an accompanying caption misspelled the last name of Richard Velazquez, regional manager of AAA Hawaii. The Web edition has been corrected.
» The Hawaii Chapter of the American Planning Association named Group 70 International planner Ralph E. Portmore president of the chapter. A Page C2 column last Thursday incorrectly said that Group 70 elected him to the post. The Web edition has been corrected.
