The Search for Signs of Hawaiian Life in the Universe
Lloyd Brink of Bassville Park, Fla., submitted this photo of a double-wide mobile home park called Molokai in Lake County in central Florida. Brink notes that the main road into the park is Diamond Head Drive. He reports that other streets in the area sport Hawaii names, too.
Selvin and Frances Chin-Chance spotted the Aloha Sun consignment shop in beautiful downtown Machias, Maine, a town that boasts, "No traffic lights and no shopping malls within easy reach."
Shelley Grisbrook of Kailua ate a loco moco and some Hawaiian food at Mahana Restaurant in Shinjuku, Japan.
