The Search for Signs of Hawaiian Life in the Universe
David Lee, a self-proclaimed Hawaiian from Colorado Springs, found the Aloha surf and beachwear shop at the shopping center at the seaside resort of Balneario Camboriu in Brazil. The owners, a Mr. and Mrs. Bittencourt, said they have been to Hawaii and they were so impressed with the visit that they named the store Aloha. Pictured from left are Mr. Bittencourt, Lee, Mrs. Bittencourt, and the owners' daughter, Monique.
J Ford Murray of Hawaii Kai took this picture of his wife in front of the Air Kona bus outside Dachau, Germany.
Otto Cleveland of Pearl City took this photo of the Diamond Head Restaurant in Mountain Home, Ark.
