Mayor Mufi Hannemann will be returning today from a six-day trip to China and South Korea. Hannemann, wearing traditional Korean wear called hanbok, gave a speech promoting Honolulu in Incheon, South Korea, during a three-day Sisters Cities Summit attended by mayors from around the world.
