After a six-month deployment to Iraq, Neil R. Guan, a sailor in engineering aboard the USS Chosin, greeted his wife, Neome; 5-day-old daughter, Noelani; and son, Joshua, yesterday at Pearl Harbor. The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser returned to home port yesterday.
