JJ's Adults Only Swim and Fitness:
Basic fitness and ocean swim instruction for beginners and "water challenged" adult athletes. Offering specialized training for water fitness and competency exams by John Kobelansky, Jr., a triathlete for 15 years and a swimmer/surfer for life. Classes will be held every Saturday at Ala Moana Park at Magic Island Lagoon (on the Diamond Head side of the beach).
