Air Force Master Sgt. David Jenkins played taps as members of Honolulu Police Department and Honolulu Fire Department, along with others in attendance, observed a moment of remembrance during a Sept. 11 service yesterday at Tamarind Park in Downtown Honolulu. About 200 people were on hand for the ceremony, including Mayor Mufi Hannemann and the U.S. Air Force's Top Cover Air Force Band from Alaska.
