These are some of the animals that I photographed in a couple of hours. Some were domesticated and some not, some flew freely and some were caged, but the one thing they all had in common was that they were all found in Chinatown. Above, this seems like a scene out of the movie "The Birds," but it is just a group of pigeons taking off suddenly near Narciso Bergan, who is sitting and throwing some rice.

This is a group of tilapia. When I was there, a worker netted out a fish and hit it over the head with a hammer, gutted it and gave it to a customer.

This is Sweety the cat, who "owns" the sidewalk along King Street in front of Sun Chong Co. Owner Shirley Ing says Sweety is a very gentle cat.
