» Antonio Cortes and Micah Kealaiki were misidentified in a photograph of winners in the public libraries' summer reading program on Page D7 Monday.
» A Cessna 172 that lost power and crash-landed on Lanai on Thursday was manufactured in 1979 and issued an air-worthiness certificate that same year. A Newswatch brief on Page A3 on Friday incorrectly said the plane was issued its certificate in 1969.
» Cabrera Services conducted an aerial survey at the Pohakuloa Training Area last week to determine whether depleted uranium was present in the area. A Page A3 article yesterday said the aerial survey occurred in August 2005.
