Sake expert Chris Pearce hosts a free sake tasting, 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Fujioka's Wine Times.
Sample more than 20 labels, in a preview of the annual Joy of Sake event Aug. 23. Tasting will include winners in the U.S. National Sake Appraisal.
