Toby, a blue and gold macaw, took flight yesterday afternoon during the Aloha Hawaiian Parrot Association's 13th-birthday celebration at Neal S. Blaisdell Park in Pearl City. The group meets once a month, and members and their parrots enjoy an afternoon of mingling and picnicking.
