Beer on the menu at Indigo
Samuel Adams beers will be featured in a dinner Thursday at Indigo Eurasian Cuisine.
The menu: Kona Kampachi (with Boston Lager), Grilled Black Peppered Shrimp (Honey Porter), Thyme-Infused Pork and Pumpkin Recado (Black Lager), Braised Short Ribs (Brown Ale) and Lilikoi Curd Tarts ("Utopias").

Alan Wong's King Street restaurant showcases chef de cuisine Wade Ueoka in a "Next Generation" dinner July 18.
The menu: House-Smoked Alaskan King Salmon (with Prosecco Brut, "Bosco di Gica," Adriano Adami), Lobster Salad with Yellow Tomato Cocktail Sauce (Riesling Auslese, "Serrig Herrenberg," Bert Simon, 1989), Ahi Nicoise Salad (Domaine Fontsainte, "Gris de Gris," 2005), Maui Cattle Co. Beef Tenderloin and Butter-Poached Lobster ("Mas de Maha," Villa Creek, 2005) and dessert of Mango Trio by pastry sous chef Michelle Karr (Chateau de Cosse Sauternes, 2002).
