The Hawaii Healing Garden, a celebration of multicultural medicinal and nutritional plants being held across the state, announces a lei contest at Kauai Community College on July 14 with great prizes in four categories.
Top prize in each category is $100, with second- and third-place winners receiving restaurant gift certificates and other prizes.
