FATHER'S DAY TRADITION: Frank DeLima was in top form impersonating Don Ho during his luncheon show at Dot's in Wahiawa on Father's Day. DeLima could do an entire show riffing off members of the audience, but his character sketches -- Ho, Imelda, Cardinal Vermicelli and Mary Tunta -- were crowd-pleasers, as always.

AFTER THE AWARDS: Jay Larrin joined Melveen Leed at the piano as Leed presided over an unofficial late-night "Hoku Awards after party" co-hosted by Alan Yamamoto and Mary Lou Foley at the Ala Moana Hotel. Larrin and Leed did a beautiful job on Hawaiian, pop and gospel songs alike before Larrin closed the set with his ever-popular song about a ranch on Kauai.
