Hilton rewards 'power' dining
The Hilton Hawaiian Village" Beach Resort & Spa is bringing new meaning to the phrase "power meals."
Those who enjoy five, full-priced adult entrées at any of the Village's four restaurants -- Bali by the Sea, Golden Dragon, Village Steak & Seafood and Rainbow Lanai -- this month, will receive an exclusive penguin plush toy in the image of Mana, the youngest of eight African Blackfoot penguins who call the property home. "Mana" means "power" in Hawaiian.
To get started, specials offered for Father's Day, today, include a three course dinner at the Village Steak & Seafood restaurant at $55 for adults and $27.50 for keiki younger than 12. A prime rib dinner buffet fit for a king awaits at the Rainbow Lanai at $34 for adults and $18 for kids. And at Golden Dragon, a feast of golden phoenix shrimp, lobster with ocean scallop, Szechuan tenderloin beef, honey walnut chicken, and more, is $48 for adults and $25 for kids.
Reserve at the Hilton Dining Desk, 949-4321 ext. 39. For rooms, call 949-4321.
