Sea Warriors sign 2 for soccer team
The Hawaii Pacific women's soccer team signed Pualeilani Pedrina of Kapolei and Castle's Tami Kalaiwaa for the upcoming fall season.
"She's fast, skilled, and persistent in attack," said Sea Warriors coach Mark Kane of Pedrina, a forward. "Judging from what we've seen of her, she is a very unselfish player and will assist our goal scorers."
Kalaiwaa was named to the Oahu Interscholastic Association East first team after the last high school season, and was selected to the 2007 HYSA Senior All-Star game.
