Noboru Tanaka, leader of the Waraku-kai-SHOU taiko group, performed a solo taiko last night during the Pan-Pacific Matsuri in Hawaii at the Waikiki Ho'olaulea. The event, put on by Kintetsu International, is in its 28th year and is expected to draw thousands of participants over the weekend.
