Exhibit matches art with furniture

Visualize how to enhance your home with art during "Feels Like Home," an exhibit in which artwork is coordinated with furniture, presented by Dezign Home and Lodestar Collective.

The show begins June 7 at Dezign Home, 455 Ward Ave. with an opening ceremony from 5 to 9 p.m. featuring the Iona Pear Dancers, live jazz, and light pupu, and runs to July 7.

During the exhibit, the store is offering 20 percent off furniture items. Artwork exhibited, including paintings, sculptures and ceramics, can be bought directly from each artist.

Lodestar, a Kailua art gallery, closed shop six months ago but still holds showings at various venues.
