Celebs head down the runway for Salvation Army fashion show
The Salvation Army presents its 20th annual celebrity fashion show and boutique Saturday at the Sheraton Waikiki.
The unique fashion show has become one of Honolulu's most anticipated fashion events for bargain hunters who love the thrill of the unexpected that comes with shopping for pre-owned apparel.
Boutique sales will open at 9 a.m., and the luncheon and fashion show will start at 11:30 a.m. The fashion show will feature clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories. Local celebrities, including beauty queens and TV personalities, will model business, casual, aloha and formal evening attire. Among those modeling are Pamela Young, Stephanie Lum, Jill Kuramoto, Stacy Loe, Mahealani Richardson, Lisa Kubota, Minna Sugimoto, Cathy Foy, Vivian Aiona, Ramona Harris, Joyce Fasi and Nalani Olds.
Tickets are $50 per person, $20 of which is tax-deductible. Call Natalie at 440-1859 for reservations.
