Harada new Sea Warriors coach
Former Colorado assistant men's basketball coach Jeff Harada has been named the new women's basketball coach at Hawaii Pacific, the school announced yesterday.
"It's a tremendous opportunity," Harada said. "I look forward to putting a team out there the university can be proud of."
Harada takes over for Liz O'Brien, who resigned last month after coaching the Sea Warriors to a 2-25 record in their inaugural season. He spent the last three years as the assistant men's basketball coach and assistant athletic director at HPU.
