Dr. Gene Corpuz led a stretching exercise during the HMSA Go Walk @ Lunch event on Wednesday at the state Capitol. HMSA/Blue Shield and Blue Cross hosted the national health awareness event in which some 200 people on Oahu took a brisk walk around the Capitol during their lunch break. Walking 30 minutes a day, five times a week, can help prevent illnesses such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and more, health experts say. CLICK FOR LARGE
